Welcome to Creativa Familia, LLC (“Creativa Familia,” “we,” “our,” or “us”).
By accessing or purchasing from our site, collections, or services, you agree to the following Terms of Service. Please read them carefully.

1. Ownership & Copyright

All images, artwork, and creative content displayed in our collections are the exclusive property of Creativa Familia, LLC, unless otherwise stated.
No image may be copied, downloaded, reproduced, edited, or used for commercial purposes without prior written consent.
Purchased images or prints are for personal use only, unless a commercial license has been specifically granted.

2. Payments & Orders

All payments must be made in full before receiving your final digital or printed deliverables.
Prices are subject to change without notice. Sales, promotions, and limited offers cannot be combined unless explicitly stated.
We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order if fraudulent activity or misuse is suspected.

3. Cancellations & Refunds

Due to the custom and creative nature of our work, all sales are final once payment has been processed.
If you experience any issue with your order, please contact us within 7 days of delivery so we can make it right.
Session deposits are non-refundable but may be transferred to a new date (subject to availability).

4. Digital Deliverables

All digital files are delivered as high-resolution JPEGs unless otherwise agreed upon.
We recommend backing up your images — Creativa Familia is not responsible for lost or damaged files after delivery.
Editing styles and color tones are based on our artistic direction and brand aesthetic.

5. Usage & Portfolio Rights

Creativa Familia reserves the right to use images and creative work for promotional, marketing, or portfolio purposes, including website, social media, and print materials, unless the client requests otherwise in writing before the session or purchase.

6. Liability

While every effort is made to ensure your satisfaction, Creativa Familia shall not be held liable for any loss, damage, or delay due to circumstances beyond our control, including equipment failure, natural events, or unforeseen scheduling conflicts.

7. Privacy

Your personal information is kept secure and used only to fulfill your order or contact you regarding your booking.
We will never sell, rent, or share your information with third parties without your consent.

8. Acceptance of Terms

By viewing, purchasing, or booking through Creativa Familia, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms of Service.
We may update these terms occasionally — any changes will be reflected on this page with an updated effective date.
